The challenges of rural homeowners insurance- a meeting will be held at the Winters Fire Department (700 W Main St, Winters, CA 95694) on Wednesday, March 12 at 6:30PM.
Durriya Syed in the Community Relations and Outreach Branch of the California Department of Insurance will present information for rural homeowners and answer questions.
Topics will include:
- The state of homeowners insurance in our area
- What we can do to protect our insurance policies best
- How to navigate obtaining insurance in today’s marketplace
- CA Sustainable Insurance Strategy & Safer from Wildfires program
